Here’s how to resolve a Data Validation ticket:

From the Tickets page, select Data Validation and click Search.

Open Ticket Details by clicking on the Ticket’s number.

Below are the following tasks you can complete in the Ticket Details pane: Item Description Add Note Add Notes to keep track of details for each ticket. Enter a comment in the Add Note field and click Save Note. View Ticket Error Details To view a description, click on the  button. button.Accept Ticket Error Click Accept to take the validation error and change the validation failure status to Resolved. To accept Ticket Errors individually, view the Ticket Error Details and select  for each line. To accept all, click the Accept All button in the Ticket Error panel. for each line. To accept all, click the Accept All button in the Ticket Error panel.Download Output file You can download the XML Output file by clicking the  button. button.Download Input file You can download the XML Input file by clicking the  button. button.

Once the appropriate actions have been taken with a ticket, click one of the following buttons: Item Description Reassign to DTN Changes the ticket status to Work Item and reassigns the ticket to DTN. This action notifies the user that the ticket has been reassigned and the ticket status changes to Work Item. Resolve Ticket Changes the ticket status to Closed Resolved once all errors are resolved. This action notifies the user that the ticket was resolved successfully and the ticket is closed. Exit Closes the Ticket Details page. If there are any unsaved changes, a pop-up window displays and asks if you want to Cancel, Save and Close, or Close Without Saving.
