Here’s how to open a ticket in the DTN TIMS system:

  1. From the Home page, select the Tickets tab to display the page.

  2. Select the type of ticket to display – Missing Data, Data Validation, or All.

 The Tickets page defaults to All.

  1. Click Search.

  2. Select the desired ticket from the Ticket column or filter the tickets to display by selecting the filter icon within the appropriate column(s).

 Click Reset Filter(s) to return the table to its original display.

If the ticket has the status of Pending, Assigned, Closed or Resolved, the assignment and ownership does not change. If the ticket has a Closed Unresolved status, you can only view and edit the actions on the ticket.
