Location:  Settings  >  Alert Maintenance

Before you add any alerts, be sure to have your Contact Devices established first.

  1. From the Alert Maintenance page, select Add Alert.

  2. Choose the Alert type.

  3. Select the Contact Device.

  4. Depending on the Alert type selected, you may have to choose a Detail Level. Options are:

    • Ticket: Receive an alert for the Service Ticket.

    • Location: Receive an alert for each location on a Service Ticket.

  5. Click Save.
