You can establish Alerts in DTN TIMS® to notify you via email or text for any Minimum/Maximum Inventory Limits outside of your set thresholds, or Missing Data Ticket and Data Validation Ticket information.

When you set up a Missing Data or Data Validation Alert, you can set it by Location or Ticket.

  • Ticket: You receive an alert for each Service Ticket created.
  • Location: You receive an alert for each location on the Service Ticket.

 Be sure to add your Contact Devices before going to the Alert Maintenance page.


Alert Types

Here are the different alert types you can select in DTN TIMS:

  • Minimum/Maximum Inventory Limit
  • Missing Data Ticket or Data Validation Ticket – Creation
  • Missing Data Ticket or Data Validation Ticket – Escalation
  • Missing Data Ticket or Data Validation Ticket – Resolution
  • Missing Data Ticket or Data Validation Ticket – Non Resolution
  • Missing Data Ticket or Data Validation Ticket – Reactivation
  • Missing Data Ticket or Data Validation Ticket – Reassignment
  • Data Validation Ticket – Work Item
