Associate Products with Terminals or Pipelines
Location: Settings > Cross References Find the existing Cross Reference and select the plus icon. Choose the Partner and Product, Terminal, or Pipeline – depending on the option you selected. Click Add. Repeat until you’ve added all Partner/Product-Terminal-Pipeline combinations. Select Save.

Location: Settings > Cross References Before you associate Cross References, you’ll have to add them in to your system. Here’s how: From the Cross References page under the Settings menu, select Add Cross Reference. Select a Type. Options are Product, Terminal, or Pipeline. Enter a Name for your Product, Terminal, or Pipeline Enter a Description. Click Save.
Edit an existing Contact Device
Location: Settings > Contact Device You can update the name, type, or address of a contact device at any time: Find the previously established contact device Select the edit icon in the corresponding row. Make your changes and click Save.
Add a new Contact Device

Add Criteria to an Alert
Location: Settings > Alert Maintenance If you do not add criteria to an alert, you will receive alerts for every location and product within the User Group established for the alert.
