Tickets overview The Tickets tab allows you to access tickets from the last 30 days. There are two types of tickets you can access: Missing Data: Data was not received within the expected time frame. Resolve a Data Validation ticket

Access a support ticket

Location:  Support Tickets >  Ticket # Here’s how to open a ticket in the DTN TIMS system: From the Home page, select the Tickets tab to display the page.
