Preferences overview

You can use Preferences to:

  • View your contact information
  • Set your Time Zone
  • Permit Supplier Codes
  • Assign your User Groups (Must create under User Groups first)

Key definitions for Preferences

Read Only. Displays your contact information. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact Customer Support.
Time Zone Set your Time Zone. You can also select:

  • This Session: Stores and applies your Time Zone for the current session, and resets to your Permanent Time Zone after you log out. This is useful for when you’re traveling.
  • Permanent: Stores and applies your Time Zone changes permanently.
Supplier Codes Overrides Partner codes. The system displays only Supplier codes if this option is selected. If a Supplier code does not exist, then the system defaults back to the Partner code.
Default Unit of Measure Select from Gallons or Barrels in the drop-down list.
Use Terminal Activity Setting enables truck activity to replace forecasted values when activity exceeds the forecasted truck rack out value for that day.
Use Custody Tickets Enables volumes and forecast ending volume values to update with custody ticket volumes received for the current working day.
User Groups Allows you to assign your User Groups to your profile. You can assign multiple User Groups to yourself. This is useful if you need to temporarily view data for someone who is out of the office.

User Groups must first be setup through the User Group menu under Settings.


Set your Time Zone

Location:  Settings  >  Preferences

Here is how to change your Time Zone:

  1. From the Preferences page, type or find your Time Zone in the drop-down menu.

  2. Select one of the following:

  3. This Session: Changes your time zone until you log out of the system. An example of when you would select this is when you’re travelling.

  4. Permanent: Changes your time zone permanently. An example of when you would select this is if you move.

  5. Click Save.


Managing User Groups

Location:  Settings  >  Preferences

Before you assign a User Group, you must first create it under Settings > User Groups. Once that’s complete:

  1. Under User Groups, select a User Group from the list, or start typing to narrow down to the user group.

  2. Click on the User Group name. You can add multiple User Groups to your account.

  3. Click Save.

You can also remove a User Group from your account by clicking X within the User Group name.
