Reset password

Once your role has been set up by your DTN TIMS Administrator, you will receive an email asking you to reset your password.

To reset your password:

1. In the email, select the link displayed to set up your DTN TIMS password.

2. Enter and re-enter a new password in the New password and Confirm password fields.

NOTE:  The new password must be between 8 and 15 characters long, and contain both alpha and numeric characters.

3. Click Ok. The Success page displays.

4. Click Login.
