Location:  Support Tickets  >  Missing Data  >  Ticket #

Here’s how to resolve a Missing Data ticket:

  1. From the Tickets page, select Missing Data and click Search.

  2. Open Ticket Details by clicking on the Ticket’s number.

  3. Below are the following tasks you can complete in the Ticket Details pane:

    Add Note Add Notes to keep track of details for each ticket. Enter a comment in the Add Note field and click Save Note.
    Resolve Ticket You can resolve a ticket once all data associated with the ticket has been received the day it was expected.
  4. Click Exit once complete.
