You have two different options when searching for documents. You can search by Data Set Type or by Key. Depending on your partner and location select, Data Set Type can include: BOL Summary, Terminal Bulk Tickets, Pipeline Receipts, Terminal Bill of Ladings, and Terminal Inventory.

Search by Key is used by our Support team to find specific documents. Key types include: Input Key, Batch Key, Document Key, and Message Key.

Searching by Data Set Type

  1. Once on the Document Viewer page, fill out the following information:
    Item Description
    Supplier Your company.
    Partner The company that you’re working with.
    Data Set Type Options for Terminal include:

    • BOL Summary
    • Terminal Bulk Tickets
    • Pipeline Receipts
    • Terminal Bill of Ladings
    • Terminal Inventory

    Options for Pipeline include:

    • Pipeline Receipts
    • Pipeline Schedule
    Start and End Date Set the start and end date range of when the document was generated.
    Location Type Options include:

    • Terminal
    • Pipeline
  2. Based on what you select for the Data Set Type, you can enter the following optional search criteria:
    Item Description
    Location Location of the terminal or pipeline. The location is identified within the schedule.
    Product Search by product codes found in the custody tickets code that pertains to the movement.
    Bol Number Appears when BOL Summary is selected. This is a unique number is assigned to a BOL movement.
    Ticket Number Appears when Terminal Bulk Tickets or Pipeline Receipts is selected. Each custody ticket has a unique ticket number assigned to it.
    Batch Number Appears when Terminal Bulk Tickets, Pipeline Receipts, or Pipeline Schedule is selected. Schedulers may have a code identifying the batch.
    Stop Date Appears when Terminal Inventory is selected. It is the close date of the Inventory Balance document.
    Pipeline Segment Appears when Pipeline Schedule is selected. Often pipeline schedules include the segment of pipeline that the product is being delivered or received from.
    Pipeline Location Appears when Pipeline Schedule is selected. This is the location being reported as the delivery location from within the pipeline schedule document.
  1. Select Search.
  2. From this table, you can filter the rules displayed by selecting within the appropriate column(s).
  3. Select Input or Output to download the XML file.

Searching by Key

  1. Once on the Document Viewer page, select Search by Key and fill out the following required information:
    Item Description
    Key Type Allows you to search for an InputOutputBatch or Document key.
    Key Enter in the applicable key.
  2. Select Search.
  3. From this table, you can filter the rules displayed by selecting within the appropriate column(s).
  4. Select Input or Output to download the XML file.
